Our Story

QMS-DEPT was born during the COVID-19 pandemic — and not by accident.

When the world shut down and quality management systems across every industry were suddenly under pressure, the calls started coming in. Past employers, colleagues, and professional associates who knew the work — and knew it could be done remotely — reached out for help. Audit preparation, QMS documentation, standards compliance, core tools implementation — all of it, delivered virtually, when organizations needed it most.

Those calls became a mission. If quality professionals and organizations were this vulnerable during disruption, they needed more than reactive fixes — they needed a resource built to keep them ahead of whatever comes next. Standards changes, rules revisions, new methodologies — prepared, not scrambling.

That mission became QMS-DEPT.
